THE 25TH ANNUAL PUTNAM COUNTY SPELLING BEE (2 hours) Musical
Six young people on the edge of puberty strive to become adults in this funny, tender, sardonic musical by the composer of Falsettos. These outsiders use competition to define themselves, apart from their crazy families, while their struggle to escape childhood is overseen by grown-ups who never completely succeeded in escaping it themselves.

A CHORUS LINE (TBA) Musical
In the fall of 1975, a new musical about the hopes and dreams of Broadway dancers opened in New York. It won rave reviews, nine Tony Awards including Best Musical, the Pulitzer Prize for Drama, and then went on to become the longest-running American musical ever.

In the fall of 2006, A Chorus Line will reclaim its place in the heart of Broadway. For a new generation, it's a chance to experience the quintessential Broadway musical on Broadway. For others, it's an opportunity to reconnect with a cherished friend.

If the Beast can learn to love and be loved, the curse will end and he will be transformed to his former self. Time is running out. If the Beast does not learn his lesson soon, he and his household will be doomed for all eternity. A score to sing with, costumes to dazzle and musical numbers to bring down the house.

DR. SEUSS’ HOW THE GRINCH STOLE CHRISTMAS! (TBA) - Musical
The classic holiday story beloved by generation after generation, Dr. Seuss' How The Grinch Stole Christmas!, will be making its Broadway debut this holiday season in musical form! This holiday favorite springs to life through the work of two-time Tony Award-winning director Jack O'Brien (Hairspray, Henry IV, Dirty Rotten Scoundrels. And for the first time in Broadway history, the production will be offering 12 performances a week, providing families with even more opportunities to catch The Grinch! Schedule highlights include eight performances on the weekends and an 11am Thursday matinee for schools. [Limited seasonal run]

LES MISERABLES (TBA) Musical
The action begins in 1815 as Jean Valjean, a man condemned to 19 years of hard labor for stealing a loaf of bread to feed his family, finds only hatred and suspicion when he is released on parole. Meeting one man who believes in him, Valjean breaks his parole to begin a new life. The story truly begins as Jean Valjean crosses the landscape of early 19th century France, always pursued by the righteous police inspector Javert. From his adoption and love of the orphan Cosette, to the darkly funny plots of the thieving Thenardiers, from the soaring revolutionary fire of the student rebels who fight on the barricade in the streets of Paris to the final confrontation between Jean Valjean and Javert, the story of Les Miserables is one of love, courage and redemption.

MAMMA MIA! (2 hours 30 minutes) Musical
A musical with a disco beat, Mamma Mia! features the music of Swedish singing group ABBA. The setting is a Greek Island where 20 year old Sophie is due to be married. Her mom, Donna (who happens to be a former singing star) is there. But Sophie’s father is not present because she is not sure who he is. So, Sophie researches mom’s diary and sees them. Donna is a bit non-plussed to be visited by the gathering of old flames.
